Shipping policy

We currently offer domestic shipping across Pakistan. Please find our shipping details below:

• Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
• Delivery Time: Once your order has been shipped, it typically arrives within 3–5 working days, depending on your location and courier service.
• Shipping Charges: A flat Rs. 200 shipping fee applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping.
• Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to easily track your shipment.
• Delivery Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to courier-related issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or high-demand periods such as sales and promotional events.
